A lot of people workout because they feel they have to look a certain way.
While there is nothing wrong with that. There is SO much more to working out then how you look.
Here are just a few of my favorite benefits to working out and what it can do for you!
Working out improves your health which gives you the ability to live a longer happier and healthier life.
Fitness doesn’t just improve you physical, it also improves you mentally. It reduces your stress, depression and anxiety.
When you stay active and workout it helps to boost your confidence level and regulate your mood. Making it easier to deal with life’s challenges that are thrown our way.
Physical exercise increases your bone density, strengthens your muscles and improves your skin.
It lowers your risk for diseases, cancer, your blood pressure, all while improving your heart health.
Fitness help’s you to sleep better, move your body better, and feel better.
Working out increases your agility, balance, flexibility and coordination.
Fitness will boost your immune system, memory and your lung function.
People believe the misconception that fitness will make you feel fatigued, when fitness actually helps to ramp up your energy levels!
Many of us suffer from bad posture, fitness will help improve this problem which in turn lowers issues such as back pain!
Lastly, fitness will help you live a longer life which is one of the most important reasons to enjoy physical activity.
You want your body to preform better and be capable of whatever you want to accomplish! The bonus to working out should be the physical aspect, it should not be the driving reason.
Take care of yourself by treating yourself to physical activity 💖
